The night opens at the bar with a few of our favorite Chef Driven cocktail recipes, shaken and stirred to order, plus passed bites to match. Come thirsty.
Dinner at Monterey, known for its prime dry-aged steaks, raw bar, and seasonal, globe-circling cooking. Come hungry.
Dancing to follow. Stay late and celebrate with us.
